Grosvenor's Past Projects

Grosvenor Ambleside transformed a full-block site in West Vancouver into a world-class destination comprising 98 individually designed homes, carefully-curated local retailers, and a striking art-filled pedestrian galleria, welcoming the community back to the waterfront.

Designed by architect James KM Cheng and interior designer Mitchell Freedland, the project embraced West Coast modern design and was built around the community vision for the site as a welcoming and vibrant public gathering place.

Grosvenor Ambleside

Prominently located atop historic Nob Hill in San Francisco, Crescent is a boutique collection of 44 residences with private landscaped gardens and rooftop terraces featuring views of the iconic San Francisco skyline.

As the first West Coast project by world-class architect Robert A.M. Stern and featuring contemporary interiors by acclaimed Champalimaud Design, Crescent marks the first new development in the Nob Hill neighborhood in decades.

Crescent

In the historic Jackson Square neighborhood in downtown San Francisco, our collection of homes at 288 Pacific offers high ceilings, a beautifully appointed salon lobby and spacious rooftop terraces, with two retail spaces adding to the streetscape.

We worked with Handel Architects to design a building that aligns with the surrounding design aesthetic, the Gold Rush-era buildings, the nearby waterfront and the neighborhood’s recent urban renaissance.
